NCFE is looking for a Pole Crew Member to join our team performing essential maintenance on the utility infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you will provide routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood poles used for power and utility lines while gaining valuable field experience.
What You'll Do
- Complete routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood poles.
- Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.
- This is a minimum 40-hour workweek with Saturdays considered inclement weather make-up days.
- Must adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Nice to Have
- Mechanically inclined and experience with a variety of tools.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Driver License.
