SAFE Credit Union is hiring a Contact Center Service Representative to provide prompt and courteous service to our members. In this role, you will handle a variety of customer service calls, resolving questions and problems while supporting all functions within the Contact Center.
What You'll Do
- Process member transaction requests, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.
- Represent SAFE’s Brand Promise by delivering a positive and professional experience.
- Input credit applications for consumer loans and credit lines through the LoansPQ application.
- Conduct extensive member profiling to determine needs and recommend products.
- Achieve member service standards, sales performance expectations, and quality Business Partner referrals.
- Provide phone support to resolve members' operating difficulties.
- Consult with other departments and branches to assist with members' needs.
- Maintain posting drawer and balance daily.
