Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG requires a PMO Lead for a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA) to strengthen governance, planning transparency, and performance control during a critical stabilization phase. You will be central to establishing integrated planning, enhancing reporting, and supporting governance realignment.
What You'll Do
- Establish and professionalize integrated program planning across all streams
- Increase transparency of dependencies, risks and delivery milestones
- Design and enhance performance reporting structures
- Enable early detection of target conflicts and schedule deviations
- Prepare executive steering materials and governance artifacts
- Track stabilization measures and turnaround KPIs
- Support structural realignment of program governance
- Interface with business, IT and external implementation partners
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level PMO or program governance roles
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong expertise in integrated planning and performance reporting
- Experience in complex multi-stream program environments
- Highly structured, analytical and KPI-driven mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Fluent in English

- Exposure to turnaround or stabilization scenarios
