Engineering Industries eXcellence is hiring a PLM Solution Architect to engage with customers, design tailored solutions, and support the deployment of Product Lifecycle Management systems. You will work directly with major manufacturing enterprises throughout the entire software lifecycle, translating business needs into effective technical implementations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze legacy systems, define migration scope, and map source data to target Teamcenter schemas.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy PLM/PDM/ERP systems.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal customers and technical peers to support effective delivery.
• Work with Pre-Sales and Account Managers on opportunities.
• Provide information and feedback to internal customers in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.
• Design and develop the context of the project, its key deliverables, and engagement model.
• Design and develop assigned project tasks and deliver to the work stream.
• Provide accurate and timely information to technical team lead or project management team as required.
• Contribute to the generation of project documentation in line with Project Management Methodology.
• Responsible for successful quality and phase gate reviews.
• Responsible for reviewing technical implementation experiences with the project delivery team and capturing lessons learned.
• Share experiences to support the organization's knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Develop/maintain an understanding of latest technical and industry trends.
• Keep up to date with Best Practices and methods within own area of specialism.
• Support internal process and artifact improvement for successful implementations.
• Operate in a player/coach capacity with a passion for mentoring and training consultants.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter (Unified Architecture).
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or C#/.NET for automation.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter data models, Item types, BOMs, and workflows.
• Experience with CAD integration, specifically NX.

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote position with the ability to travel 25-30% as needed throughout the domestic United States.
