Lead and scale a team of resident consultants focused on enabling customers to fully operationalize the Falcon platform, with deep expertise in Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Security, and Next-Gen SIEM capabilities. In this senior role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of professional services, guiding initiatives from pre-sales scoping through project completion and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing team, expanding technical capabilities and driving excellence in service delivery
- Collaborate with internal leadership to refine delivery models, scale operations, and improve efficiency across global programs
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure successful outcomes, aligning engineering, sales, and customer success teams
- Mentor consultants, supporting professional growth and technical specialization across Falcon modules and LogScale
- Design and implement improvements in deployment processes, leveraging automation and AI to reduce time-to-value
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to anticipate customer needs and shape future service offerings
- Oversee a portfolio of customer engagements, including those managed by internal teams and external partners
- Engage directly with clients during pre-sales, solution design, project structuring, and delivery phases
- Partner with sales and marketing to align services with market demand and support opportunity conversion
- Travel up to 25% of the time as needed to support key accounts and internal initiatives
Qualifications
Candidates should bring over a decade of experience in cybersecurity professional services, with at least four years in team leadership. Proven success in managing technical deployments, leading project lifecycles, and translating customer feedback into product insights is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead through influence are critical.
Preferred expertise includes hands-on experience with endpoint protection, SIEM platforms (such as Splunk, QRadar, or Exabeam), cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), identity solutions, and scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
Work Environment
This is a remote position with flexibility to work from any location, complemented by up to 25% travel to support customer and organizational needs. Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000. In addition, this role is eligible for equity grants, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, paid time off, parental leave, and professional development support.
