Perfection Hy-Test Company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Platform IT Director to lead our enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business systems. This executive will drive the technology strategy, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure technology enables our continued business success.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
- Lead IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications (like ERP and CRM), cloud environments, and end-user support.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar IT budget with a focus on ROI and cost optimization.
- Drive innovation, digital initiatives, and continuous service improvements.
- Ensure security, compliance, and business continuity for all critical systems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud (VM Ware, AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM), servers (MS Windows), and services (Web, DNS, Active Directory, VoIP).
- Experience with databases (MS SQL) and scaling Reporting/Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
- Proven leadership aligning IT with business growth and a change agent capable of driving transformational IT programs and operational efficiency.
- Experience with a software development lifecycle from requirements through testing and post-production support in an agile environment.
- Experience in managing 3rd party relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments preferred.
