Woodard & Curran is hiring a Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of water treatment and distribution systems in Monmouth, IL. You will ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, and effective team management for this critical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Manage all operational and maintenance activities for water treatment and distribution systems.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
- Lead and develop on-site operational staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Oversee system performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and clients to implement system improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing water treatment plant or distribution system operations.
- Strong knowledge of water quality regulations and treatment processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and operational plans.
