3M is looking for a Plant Financial Analyst (m/f/*) to join the Hilden Plant team in Neuss, Germany. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving insightful analysis, and supporting key plant and business initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with 3M’s Global Financial Standards.
- Perform month-end closing activities to deliver accurate financial results.
- Provide insights and develop predictive analytics on financial performance to help the plant team improve COGS and manage productivity and yield projects.
- Support plant and business teams through the annual Operating Plan and Monthly Estimates forecasting.
- Ensure all current SKUs have appropriate standard costs during the annual re-costing process.
- Conduct in-depth unit cost analyses for NPIs and various projects.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
- Previous professional experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent German and a good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
