Guarantees accounting entries for assigned operational units are precise, timely, and aligned with accounting standards. Supports comprehensive financial closure processes, reconciling balance sheet entries with meticulous documentation. Investigates periodic material yield and performance deviations from established benchmarks. Prepares and evaluates consolidated financial statements and specialized accounting documentation. Assists in developing quarterly and annual reporting packages. Evaluates financial records, recommending strategic approaches for accruals, asset management, and expenditure tracking. Validates journal entry accuracy and accounting classifications. Conducts specialized research and proposes refined accounting methodologies. Offers functional guidance and professional development to team members. Synchronizes accounting initiatives across departments and organizational units. Monitors capital investment progression and reports variance analysis. Performs comprehensive accounting research, interpreting professional standards and documenting critical accounting processes. Conducts detailed variance investigations, identifying root causation for significant financial fluctuations. Collaborates with finance teams to develop comprehensive budgetary frameworks. Supports internal and external audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Adheres to organizational ethical standards and core values. Executes additional responsibilities as required. Ideal candidate possesses: Accounting Bachelor's degree. Minimum five years accounting experience. CPA certification preferred. Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and control mechanisms. Advanced financial tool proficiency. Microsoft Office expertise, with advanced Excel capabilities. ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication capabilities. Adaptability to changing organizational dynamics.
