Responsibilities
- Developing logistical realization plans for new projects (from proto → pilot → series)
- Ensuring material readiness for critical parts, prototypes, and tools; escalating timely in case of deviations
- Monitoring milestones and lead times; creating scenarios and re-planning in case of changes
- Setting up a volume-worthy logistics process (ERP parameters, inventory policy, order & plan settings)
- Reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations to internal and external stakeholders (including the customer)
- Collaborating with Project Management, (Project) Procurement, Config/Logistics Engineering, Production Planning, and Quality to smoothly implement changes (ECNs)
- Regularly being on the shop floor to verify that what is on paper is also working in practice
Requirements
- HBO-level of education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or production planning within a technical or high-tech environment
- Practical, process-oriented approach with attention to detail and ownership
- Excellent Excel skills and decision-making based on data
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- You keep an overview, dare to speak up, and without hesitation, walk into the factory to see how things are really going
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Infor LN is a plus)
