Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review progress and identify potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting backlog tasks, critical activities, and upcoming tasks.
- Monitor manpower and equipment histograms, key performance indicators, S-curves, and cash flow.
- Prepare extension of time requests when necessary to safeguard company interests and mitigate potential liquidated damages.
- Develop and update comprehensive construction schedules.
