Henry Schein One LLC is hiring a Picker/Packer

Henry Schein One LLC is seeking a Picker/Packer to accurately pick customer orders directly from product locations and prepare them for shipping. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to locate products, verify quantities, and pack orders following specific procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Receive picking assignments and operate a voice-directed system for product selection.
• Move through aisles to pick correct products and quantities from bins.
• Verify product accuracy during both picking and packing processes.
• Maintain daily individual production records.
• Pack customer orders by verifying products against packing lists.
• Select appropriately sized shipping materials to prevent damage.
• Pack items neatly, using bubble wrap for glass and bags for liquids.
• Report or correct any selection or quality errors before shipment.
• Send packed orders via conveyor system for final processing.
• Dispose of empty boxes and packaging to maintain a clean workspace.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments.
• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accountability for making accurate decisions under guidelines.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics like size, color, or vendor code.

Nice to Have

• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable work experience.
• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Sparks, Nevada.
