Henry Schein One LLC is seeking a Picker/Packer to accurately pick customer orders directly from product locations and prepare them for shipping. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to locate products, verify quantities, and pack orders following specific procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Receive picking assignments and operate a voice-directed system for product selection.
- Move through aisles to pick correct products and quantities from bins.
- Verify product accuracy during both picking and packing processes.
- Maintain daily individual production records.
- Pack customer orders by verifying products against packing lists.
- Select appropriately sized shipping materials to prevent damage.
- Pack items neatly, using bubble wrap for glass and bags for liquids.
- Report or correct any selection or quality errors before shipment.
- Send packed orders via conveyor system for final processing.
- Dispose of empty boxes and packaging to maintain a clean workspace.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments.
- Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with accountability for making accurate decisions under guidelines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics like size, color, or vendor code.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable work experience.
- Knowledge of basic warehousing operations.

- Starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Sparks, Nevada.
