Physician Assistant - Virtual Health Consultation Remote Greetings from Oscar Medical Group. We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Health Consultation team. About the Role: Oscar Medical Group operates a Virtual Health Consultation (VHC) program that virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members through evaluation and management visits. You will support teams across Oscar Medical Group, including Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care as needed. You will report to the Director, Virtual Health Consultation. Clinic Hours: 8a-8p EST Monday - Thursday 8a-6p EST Friday & Saturday - 8hr or 10hr shifts - 1 late day (shift ending at 8p EST) required weekly - 2 Saturday shifts required quarterly Work Location: Remote position available for candidates residing in: Alabama; Arizona; Arkansas; Colorado; Connecticut; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Idaho; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Kentucky; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; Michigan; Minnesota; Missouri; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New Mexico; North Carolina; Ohio; Oregon; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; Tennessee; Texas; Utah; Vermont; or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Pay Transparency: Base pay range: $104,000 - $136,500 annually. Additional benefits include employee benefits, up to 18 days annual vacation, and performance bonuses. Responsibilities: - Conduct preventative care screenings - Complete medication reconciliation - Diagnose medical conditions - Provide health coaching and referrals - Outreach to chronically ill members - Engage members with lower PCP interaction probability - Identify care access improvement opportunities - Cross-train in urgent care/virtual primary care - Virtually assess, diagnose, and treat members - Ensure regulatory compliance - Additional assigned duties Requirements: - PA from accredited program - NCCPA Board Certification - Clinical Documentation Improvement experience - Licensed in Georgia and one of: Florida, Texas, or Ohio - State licensure expansion capability - 3+ years outpatient Family/Internal/Primary Care experience Oscar is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to cultivating an inclusive environment where individuals can be authentic.
