Responsibilities
- Oversee a large number of patient cases.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of eating disorders and related psychiatric issues (psychiatric consultation available).
- Administer medication plans for eating disorders and related conditions in a telehealth environment.
- Work closely with a diverse treatment team including physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, family mentors, and external providers.
- Use messaging between sessions to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through the Equip EMR, following the company's policies and procedures.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Maintain active Physician Assistant licenses and pursue cross licensing as needed (cost of licenses covered by the employer).
- 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent, evidence-based care, advancing clinical skills, and a passion for professional development.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their caregivers, and respond to messages promptly.
- Be curious, enjoy learning, and participate enthusiastically and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care, including new patients and follow-up sessions.
- Commit to working until 6 pm two evenings per week (choice of evenings).
- Attend mandatory meetings (e.g., Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, Individual Supervision, etc.).
- Must be actively licensed in Massachusetts.

- Working Hours - Full Time: Patient scheduling Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm in the Patient's timezone.
- Work is performed 100% from home with no travel required. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
