About the Role

Lead customer success efforts for civil government clients in the EMEA region, focusing on driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies for civil government clients in the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Drive adoption and usage of services through proactive engagement and support.
  • Identify and address customer needs and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and support.
  • Monitor and report on customer health and satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with clients.
  • Provide feedback to product and sales teams to improve offerings.
  • Manage customer onboarding and training processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success processes and tools.
  • Participate in customer success team meetings and initiatives.
