Responsibilities
- Develop our presence in the Nordics market (Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland)
- Prospect & close our first clients in the region, and position Chift as a leader there
- Outbound sales - You’ll run the full sales cycle and you are responsible of your own pipe : from prospecting to closing
- You will handle deal size from 20k€ARR up to +100k€ARR
- Build and redesign sales processes to help us create an exceptional customer journey
- Consultative Selling - Our sales are not transactional, it is strategic. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand how Chift’s integrations drive efficiency and revenue
- You’ll develop a deep understanding of clients' business models to tailor solutions that genuinely add value
- Customer Relationship - Cultivate strong customer relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to facilitate expansions, renewals and referrals across your customers
- Ecosystem, Networking & Events. - Chift needs to be a reference in the European fintech and SaaS ecosystem. You’ll be the face of the company at events and fairs
- You’ll develop connections with key fintech and B2B SaaS leaders to strengthen our position in the French market
Requirements
- 4 years experience as a successful sales in a B2B software company
- Startup enthusiast : the atmosphere is more rock&roll than a corporate job. You have to be open and resourceful
- Spirit of initiative and doer: you'll be the driving force and we count on you to make things move
- IT knowledge : we speak all day long about integrations, API and SaaS. You don’t need to be an expert already, but you should be interested in this industry
- Positive, ambitious and humble
- Very good level in English is required

- Speaking Dutch, Spanish, German or Swedish
