Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client business challenges and objectives
  • Design and present customized solution proposals based on client requirements
  • Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value for clients
  • Support responses to requests for proposals and competitive evaluations
  • Gather and analyze client data to inform solution design
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry trends
  • Work with product teams to relay customer feedback and market needs
  • Assist in the development of sales tools and technical documentation
  • Participate in pricing and scoping discussions for client engagements
  • Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and technical feasibility
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process
  • Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through client interactions
  • Use data insights to strengthen client proposals and presentations
