What You'll Do
- Work independently to provide physical therapy in a home health setting
- Perform effective documentation and maintain clear communication
What We're Looking For
- Current state license and up-to-date professional credentials
- A great bedside manner and a consistently professional attitude
- Effectiveness with both documentation and communication
- High level of responsibility and an extreme ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a similar setting
- Knowledge of Axxess and TherapyBoss software, or a willingness to train on them
