ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is seeking a PHRN Team Lead | Chart Auditor to ensure the quality and compliance of prehospital patient care documentation. In this role, you will be a key contributor to maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement in clinical documentation practices.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough reviews of prehospital patient care records to ensure compliance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation, including assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or omissions and provide constructive feedback to clinical staff and management.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address identified issues and guide best practices for record-keeping.
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs and training materials related to proper documentation.
- Generate reports summarizing audit findings and trends for relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality and documentation accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
What We're Looking For
- A current and valid PHRN license.
