CoStar is looking for an Associate Photographer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com, directly contributing to our mission of empowering people to discover properties and insights. You’ll create visual assets for residential homes and work closely with clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Support marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
- Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments using professional photography techniques.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Professionally communicate with clients, sales, partners, and management to evaluate priorities.
- Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage when not on residential assignments.
- Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Real Estate Photography experience is required.
- Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
- Strong time management skills and very detail oriented.
- Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
- Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
