RemoteVA PH is hiring a Phone/Intake Coordinator (CFTSS) to serve as the welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients and their families. You will guide individuals through the initial steps of care, connecting them with the compassionate, individualized support our company is dedicated to providing.
What You'll Do
- Conduct intake consultations with potential clients or family members over the phone.
- Explain available services like ABA, HCBS, CFTSS, and Peer Support in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Gather client demographic and insurance information and input it into the system accurately.
- Discuss insurance issues or policy changes with parents or guardians.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure a smooth intake and service initiation process.
- Follow up with clients as needed regarding documentation, eligibility, or program status.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all communication and updates.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
