At Keywords Studios, we are reshaping how players interact with their favorite games. We are hiring a Content Moderator fluent in Portuguese to be a guardian of positive player experiences. Your mission is to create a safe and welcoming gaming environment by identifying and removing harmful content.
What You'll Do
- Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos, with a keen eye for identifying harmful or inappropriate material.
- Collaborate with internal teams, addressing project-related requests and maintaining seamless communication channels.
- Audit and assess interactions, ensuring they are rated accurately based on their severity level.
- Compile and report trends and improvement opportunities from audits, translating them into actionable data for process enhancements.
- Actively participate in feature testing and tool improvements, contributing to the continuous refinement of content moderation practices.
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in relation to established procedures and protocols, maintaining adherence to best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mastery in C1-C2 level Portuguese proficiency.
