Remote VA is looking for a Phone Sales and Support Representative (Outbound) to be the voice of the brand, welcoming new customers and helping them get the most out of their experience.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them and introduce them to additional products.
- Take inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a helpful guide for basic billing inquiries and account questions.
- Navigate daily tasks using Aloware (Phone), HelpScout (Email), CheckoutChamp (CRM), and Google/Microsoft suites.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Top-tier English communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy with customer data.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and support peers.
- Willingness to learn the game of golf to better connect with the audience.
- Computer with at least 4GB RAM and a Windows or macOS operating system.
- Minimum 50 Mbps internet with a reliable backup connection.
- Noise-canceling headset and a working camera.
- A quiet, professional workspace.
