See Yourself With Us Join our team as the next Phone Numbers Operations Specialist (L2) About the Position We're seeking a professional to manage our global phone number operations. This role will directly engage with customers and our sales team to facilitate seamless phone number porting processes, providing personalized support. The Product Operations team is a critical component of our Super Network, dedicated to creating infrastructure that catalogs, orchestrates, and delivers worldwide connectivity. Responsibilities: - Serve as primary contact for ISVs during routine phone number ports and manage one-time porting projects for direct customers - Act as dedicated point of contact for Twilio's Go To Market team in APAC regarding porting initiatives - Provide comprehensive email support to ensure exceptional customer experiences - Assess and resolve basic-to-intermediate product/service issues - Develop and implement new operational processes - Respond to and action carrier partner notifications - Confidently escalate complex issues to appropriate team leads, managers, engineering, or product teams - Effectively handle intermediate-to-advanced customer inquiries - Independently troubleshoot and resolve cross-domain issues Qualifications: Required: - 2+ years operations experience, preferably in sales/telecommunications - Thorough, organized, detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills - Customer-centric and empathetic approach - Strong verbal and written communication - Composure under pressure - Commitment to continuous self-improvement - Rapid learning capabilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Capability to meet service level agreements Desired: - Customer-facing experience - Proven track record in stakeholder engagement - Exceptional problem-solving skills Location: Remote in India (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, New Delhi) Travel: Occasional travel for project or team meetings Benefits: Competitive compensation, generous time off, comprehensive healthcare, retirement programs Our Values: We solve problems, take initiative, and embrace innovation.
