Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L. is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative to own a designated territory, build strong relationships with accounts, and drive sales for our dispensary and over-the-counter pharmacy products.
What You'll Do
- Maintain your designated territory, ensuring optimum service to key accounts.
- Exceed net sales targets for dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within your territory.
- Build close relationships to maintain loyalty with key accounts.
- Execute agreed business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities.
- Design and execute quarterly business plans with targets and action plans for each account.
- Facilitate a first-class sales experience using business insights, analytics, and innovative strategies.
- Acknowledge and overcome customer concerns, taking ownership of territory issues to provide solutions.
- Consistently record and assess call outcomes within the required system.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales.
- At least 1 year of experience working within Australia’s generic market.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B complex sales environments.
- A proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
