Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evaluation of pharmacy performance programs

- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams on program improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review
- Assist in the implementation of pharmacy benefit changes
- Evaluate vendor performance and contract effectiveness
- Identify gaps in current pharmacy offerings
- Support regulatory compliance for pharmacy programs
- Contribute to strategic planning for pharmacy initiatives
- Assess impact of new pharmacy technologies
- Work with stakeholders to align pharmacy goals with organizational objectives
- Track medication adherence and utilization patterns
- Provide insights to improve member access to medications
- Evaluate formulary design and its impact on utilization
- Support audits and performance reviews
- Develop dashboards for pharmacy performance tracking
- Stay current with industry trends in pharmacy benefits
- Assist in responding to internal and external inquiries
