Requirements
- 3+ years of international Workday Payroll implementation experience, including hands-on exposure across multiple countries — sufficient to critically review configuration decisions and represent Enverus' interests in design sessions
- Hands-on familiarity with Workday Payroll configuration and implementation (design, build, and parallel testing) in the UK, Spain, Czech Republic, Singapore, Australia, and India
- Working knowledge of statutory payroll compliance in covered jurisdictions — enough to evaluate configurations, identify potential gaps, and ask informed questions on behalf of the internal team
- Experience participating in or supporting multi-country parallel payroll testing, reconciliation, and UAT processes
- Workday Payroll certification preferred; recent demonstrable project experience considered in lieu of active certification
- Familiarity with internal controls in a Workday Payroll context — specifically role-based security and approval workflow design as they intersect with payroll audit and compliance requirements
- Strong English language communication skills — comfortable working with in-country payroll stakeholders, translating Workday configuration decisions into practical business terms, and escalating concerns through the project's governance structure
