OM Pharma is hiring a Pharmaceutical Representative (Pharmaberater) for its Swiss branch. You will be responsible for marketing prescription products in the therapeutic areas of CNS, immunostimulation, and vascular diseases, focusing on the sales region BE/SO/VS.
What You'll Do
- Visit and advise general practitioners, gynecologists, ENT specialists, and urologists.
- Build and manage relationships with opinion leaders.
- Achieve predefined sales targets.
- Regularly analyze regional sales data and define and implement appropriate measures.
- Conduct continuous market and competitor observation.
- Organize and conduct events and round-table discussions.
- Participate in national congresses, sales meetings, and field training.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Native language proficiency in German / Swiss German.
- Professional handling of CRM systems and MS Office.
- A dynamic, flexible, and team-oriented personality.

Nice to Have
