Paired is looking for a Personal Finance Client Associate to serve a boutique, fiduciary wealth management and financial advisory firm. This is a high-trust, execution-focused role managing day-to-day operational workflows that support individual financial needs across banking, personal tax and accounting, real estate, trust and estate planning, and insurance-related matters.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries and execute requests across multiple personal financial categories, including banking, insurance, real estate, and estate planning.
- Handle high-trust financial transactions, such as ACHs, wires, transfers, and bill payments, with precision and urgency.
- Manage custodial paperwork, personal banking processes, and investment account openings and transfers.
- Support the setup and administration of trusts, LLCs, and estate planning documentation in collaboration with legal teams.
- Assist with insurance policy management, claims, and real estate closing documentation and logistics.
- Organize and maintain highly sensitive financial, legal, and personal records.
- Communicate effectively with CPAs, estate attorneys, real estate agents, and private bankers.
- Ensure adherence to U.S.-based compliance standards, such as KYC, AML, and FATCA, and internal best practices.
- Maintain accurate records in financial CRMs like Wealthbox or Right Capital and assist with personal finance tracking and preliminary financial planning data.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose enhancements to increase operational accuracy and speed.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional U.S. business contexts.
- 5+ years in a client-facing financial operations or service role, ideally within personal banking, private wealth, personal tax/accounting, or estate law.
- Demonstrated experience managing U.S.-based personal financial matters, including banking, insurance, property closings, tax filings, and estate or trust setups, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or families.
- Strong familiarity with the nuances of U.S. personal finance systems, forms, and regulatory requirements (e.g., wire instructions, W-9s, 1099s, trust documentation).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Tremendous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of deliverable preparation and review.
- Enduring composure, resilience, and adaptability with the ability to excel in high-pressure and urgent circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners in a remote setting.

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Previous work in a U.S. RIA, private banking, estate law firm, or tax/accounting practice.
- Familiarity with personal financial planning software or CRMs such as Wealthbox, Right Capital, or Tamarac.
- Professional certifications like CFP®, CPA/PFS, EA, or Series 65 are a strong plus.
