Triptease was looking for a Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

Triptease is looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in German to join our high-growth SaaS company reshaping hotel distribution. You'll own a portfolio of hotel accounts as their primary strategic partner, focused on driving direct bookings and maximizing revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–30 hotel accounts as their primary advisor.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to help hoteliers improve their digital guest experience, boost direct bookings, and maximize revenue.
  • Use platform data to demonstrate value and help clients take action.
  • Build relationships with hotel stakeholders and internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering).
  • Share best practices, lead training, gather feedback, and advocate for clients internally.
  • Encourage client advocacy through events, webinars, and community participation.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German speaker.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client-facing roles.
  • Great communicator — clear, confident, empathetic.
  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and basic data analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, marketing tech, or revenue management.
