Triptease is looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in German to join our high-growth SaaS company reshaping hotel distribution. You'll own a portfolio of hotel accounts as their primary strategic partner, focused on driving direct bookings and maximizing revenue.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–30 hotel accounts as their primary advisor.
- Act as a strategic consultant to help hoteliers improve their digital guest experience, boost direct bookings, and maximize revenue.
- Use platform data to demonstrate value and help clients take action.
- Build relationships with hotel stakeholders and internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering).
- Share best practices, lead training, gather feedback, and advocate for clients internally.
- Encourage client advocacy through events, webinars, and community participation.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German speaker.
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client-facing roles.
- Great communicator — clear, confident, empathetic.
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable with digital tools and basic data analysis.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, marketing tech, or revenue management.
