Responsibilities
- Interact with and assist patients or customers in a direct, face-to-face retail setting.
- Actively educate patients or customers about products, consumption methods, and safety during interactions.
- Apply knowledge of products and consumption methods to recommend safe and effective regimens tailored to each patient or customer's needs.
- Stay current with product knowledge.
- Foster a positive, communicative, and patient- or customer-oriented work environment.
- Help verify the accuracy of order deliveries.
- Support the management team to ensure smooth, compliant retail store operations, including daily activities, maintenance, and handling patient information for reported issues or complaints.
- Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld.
- Keep the sales floor adequately stocked and maintain the store's appearance in a compliant manner.
- Maintain hard copy files as required.
- Follow security measures and safety compliance procedures.
- Complete duties at assigned workstations during scheduled shifts, including Front of House (Check In, Sales Floor, POS via Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order, Curbside, Roll Thru) and Back of House (Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts), as well as maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary.
