We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Personal Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer phone calls, take and relay messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update data accurately using Excel spreadsheets or similar tools.
- Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist other staff members and departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support special projects, research, and other assignments as required.
- Review and confirm that endorsed Virtual Assistants (VAs) have relevant degrees or experience in Business, Finance, or similar fields.
