Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar as a tool for strategic focus, structuring time to ensure critical priorities are consistently addressed
- Design daily workflows to optimize energy and concentration, minimizing distractions and low-impact tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple international time zones including Zambia, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and the United States
- Handle sudden changes to meeting plans with composure and efficiency
- Organize domestic and international travel with attention to flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics
- Build contingency plans into travel arrangements and adapt quickly to changes during trips
- Filter incoming requests and communications, directing only essential items to the CEO
- Ensure key decisions are anticipated and prepared in advance, avoiding last-minute surprises
- Develop meeting agendas and compile briefing materials to ensure the CEO is fully prepared
- Document discussions and track action items when asked to do so

- This is a full-time contract role
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Zambia
- All staff are required to visit project locations, with at least one week of travel per year
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Availability outside standard business hours and across global time zones is required
