As a Performance Media Buyer, you will take full ownership of paid social and YouTube advertising campaigns from planning through execution. You'll manage campaign pacing and bidding strategies to consistently hit CPV goals and win competitive ad auctions across major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign management across Meta, TikTok, DV360, and YouTube
- Optimize real-time performance to meet cost and volume targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across time zones to align on campaign goals
- Use performance data to guide strategic shifts and improve outcomes
- Analyze brand lift studies to measure campaign impact and inform future strategies
- Contribute to refining internal tools and workflows for greater efficiency
What You Bring
- Proven track record managing digital ad campaigns within platform interfaces
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, and YouTube Ads
- Experience pacing campaigns and delivering against CPV benchmarks
- Skill in interpreting performance data to make timely, effective decisions
