Pavago is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid digital campaigns and landing page optimization for client lead generation. You will blend creative strategy with data-driven execution to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Build and A/B test high-converting, mobile-first landing pages using WordPress.
- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel Google and Meta campaigns, defining goals, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Track and optimize ad performance using Google Analytics and platform tools, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives.
- Create and refine ad copy and visuals with internal and external teams, tailoring creatives to audience segments.
- Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences using CRM data and behavior insights.
- Identify high-intent keywords via Google Keyword Planner and structure ad groups effectively.
- Deliver reports with performance metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with design, development, and account teams, communicating updates via Slack, Google Meet, and other tools.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and landing page optimization.
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns, especially for local businesses.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnel design, sales enablement through digital ads, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and landing page builders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
