LearnWorlds is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our paid social and search channels. In this remote role based in Europe, you will drive high-impact campaigns for product launches, demand generation, and customer acquisition, directly contributing to our growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and own the end-to-end management of paid social and paid search campaigns, focusing on driving new trial sign-ups and customer acquisition.
- Conduct deep performance analysis to uncover root causes and opportunities for growth, moving beyond surface-level metrics.
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations to improve key metrics like CPL, CPT, and ROAS.
- Partner with internal teams on campaign launches, providing expert guidance on audience targeting, creative best practices, and measurement.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
- Continuously ideate and implement A/B tests for audiences, ad copy, and creatives to drive incremental performance gains.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of using data and analysis to drive significant improvements in campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience in paid advertising, with deep expertise in at least one major platform like Meta or Google.
- Deep proficiency with Google Analytics 4.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, copy, marketing operations) to launch campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Strong background in B2B, with SaaS experience being a significant asset.
- Strong enthusiasm for mastering new channels and strategies.

Work Mode
