Assecor GmbH is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (m|w|d) to drive customer growth through CRM and marketing automation. In this role, you will focus on building data-driven campaigns and systems to enhance customer acquisition and retention, collaborating directly with clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain CRM systems, especially HubSpot, for customer analysis, segmentation, and message personalization.
- Implement and further develop marketing automation strategies within HubSpot.
- Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Continuously analyze and report on marketing performance to identify optimization potential.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, define goals, and maximize campaign success.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Content team to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment with project work and customer interaction.
- Solid knowledge using various marketing tools, including marketing automation, CRM systems, and ad managers.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to advise customers and convince internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to continuously develop and follow new technologies and trends in performance marketing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, or SEO.
