Assecor GmbH is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (m|w|d) to drive customer growth through CRM and marketing automation. In this role, you will focus on building data-driven campaigns and systems to enhance customer acquisition and retention, collaborating directly with clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain CRM systems, especially HubSpot, for customer analysis, segmentation, and message personalization.
Implement and further develop marketing automation strategies within HubSpot.
Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Continuously analyze and report on marketing performance to identify optimization potential.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, define goals, and maximize campaign success.
Collaborate with the Sales & Content team to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For

A successfully completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment with project work and customer interaction.
Solid knowledge using various marketing tools, including marketing automation, CRM systems, and ad managers.
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to advise customers and convince internal stakeholders.
Flexibility and willingness to continuously develop and follow new technologies and trends in performance marketing.

Nice to Have

Experience in Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, or SEO.
