At Placetel, we’re looking for a Website Experience Manager (m/f/d) to take full ownership of our website as the central touchpoint in the digital customer journey. You will be responsible for designing seamless experiences, improving usability, building conversion-optimized pages, and evolving site architecture in alignment with marketing and product goals.

What You'll Do

Lead the user experience strategy for Placetel and related digital properties.
Plan and evolve site structure, navigation, and information architecture.
Build and optimize pages directly in the CMS.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop new landing pages, product pages, and campaign-specific assets.
Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates, SEO visibility, and user retention.
Own and refine UX/UI patterns, working closely with design and brand.
Identify and implement improvements to site performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across the entire web funnel.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in website management, UX design, or digital experience roles.
Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and A/B testing.
Strong hands-on experience with CMS systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Analytical mindset with a love for testing, iterating, and making data-driven decisions.
Collaborative spirit, great at working with designers, developers, and marketers.
Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking team environments.
