Trocknerheld Wasserschadensanierung GmbH is hiring a Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Bielefeld. You will play a key role in customer care and business growth for our water damage restoration services in the region, contributing to our family-like, passionate company culture.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in caring for and expanding the existing customer base, identifying potential, and building long-term relationships.
- Actively participate in acquiring new customers to drive company growth.
- Plan and conduct customer visits independently while developing your sales skills.
- Learn to present the company's innovative water damage restoration services convincingly.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented work style.
- Confident and friendly demeanor with a willingness to improve communication.
- Ability to be a team player, even when working remotely.
Nice to Have
- First sales experience is a plus, but highly motivated career starters are also welcome.
