Newsprint Group is hiring a Sales Intern to support our international sales and marketing activities. We specialize in RFID/NFC products and traditional labels/packaging for the clothing industry. In this role, you will help understand our clients' business models, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of each customer's background and business model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, primarily garment brands.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect new clients.
- Coordinate with the Product Development Team on development, sampling, and quotations.
- Work closely with the CRM Team to identify, resolve, and anticipate customer needs.
- Liaise regularly with other departments such as IT, Finance, and Production.
- Run P&L analysis for each new project using Excel.
- Prepare quarterly management reports on account performance.
- Report directly to the Business Director.
- Depending on your ability, present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Enjoys working in international, diverse, and often remote teams.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English and French.
- Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Attracted by sales and marketing activity.
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
- Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Interested in the broad sales & marketing field, from analytical skills to creative thinking for communication.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Technical Stack
- MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Team & Environment
You'll work closely with the Product Development Team, CRM Team, IT, Finance, and Production, reporting directly to the Business Director.
