FS Energieberater GmbH is hiring an Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to actively shape and steer our entire digital presence and online marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the full journey—from conception to analysis—working within a company dedicated to quality, sustainability, and modern energy consulting, with a large team of energy consultants nationwide.

What You'll Do

Develop the online marketing strategy and implement it independently.
Manage SEO, SEA, website, social media, email campaigns, and YouTube from conception to analysis.
Plan campaigns for lead generation, optimize landing pages, and analyze the success of your measures.
Coordinate external service providers as needed (e.g., for design, video, or ads).
Bring in new ideas, test trends, and ensure real digital progress.

What We're Looking For

Several years of experience in online marketing.
Solid knowledge in SEO, SEA, performance marketing, social ads, email marketing & web analytics.
Proficient use of tools like Google Ads, Analytics, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, ActiveCampaign.
Analytical and creative mindset – you understand numbers but can also communicate emotionally.
Independent, structured way of working with an eye for the essentials.

Nice to Have

Experience in a B2C or service environment.
A degree or training in the field of marketing, communication, or similar.
