About the Role

Life360 is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to build, optimize, and scale our paid social, display, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This is a hands-on-keyboard role where you will be the in-house expert managing campaigns at scale within platforms like LinkedIn Ads and 6sense, using data to drive constant iteration and improve results.

What You'll Do

  • Own the build, optimization, and scaling of paid social, display, and ABM campaigns.
  • Be the expert across LinkedIn Ads and ABM-focused display campaigns, applying audience segmentation, precision targeting, and creative testing.
  • Work directly in-platform and integrate campaign execution with Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Drive continuous A/B and multivariate testing on creative, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Use platform analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation data to connect campaigns directly to pipeline and ARR impact.
  • Apply advanced Excel skills for performance analysis, cohort tracking, lift analysis, and budget modeling.
  • Identify, test, and roll out new features and beta programs across LinkedIn, 6sense, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage analytics integration and event tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and native platform tracking.
  • Partner with operations to build actionable dashboards, funnel reports, and attribution models in Salesforce, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Manage UTM creation.
  • Develop and deliver clear, detailed weekly performance readout decks for the demand generation team and leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Campaigns team to align on strategy and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with paid search to align keyword, audience, and messaging strategies across channels.
  • Plan and test emerging B2B advertising channels such as Reddit, Meta, and Gartner Digital Markets PPC.
  • Work with programmatic vendors in connection with 6sense audiences to serve ads on premium inventory.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience managing LinkedIn and 6sense ad campaigns at a B2B organization or agency with B2B experience.
  • Full ownership of LinkedIn Ads campaigns: plan, launch, optimize, and scale global paid social programs targeting key accounts and personas.
  • Experience architecting and managing 6sense display/ABM campaigns end-to-end, from audience definition to creative deployment.
  • Ability to implement advanced audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and bid optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Experience managing $1M+ annual spend across paid social and display/ABM channels.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, generating leads, and driving business expansion through paid social, programmatic, and predictive analytics platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaign stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to jump in and find answers or uncover problems.

This role operates in a local-country work mode and is located in Canada.
