Supabase is hiring a Performance Engineer - Performance Analysis & Tuning

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and refine performance methodologies and tools that convert live production data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the observability team to capture relevant signals and create a unified view of platform performance, including latency, throughput, and tail behavior, across all products.
  • Enable teams to conduct their own performance analysis and embed performance as a core engineering priority.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Access to WeWork membership or a co-working space allowance.
  • Equity ownership through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
  • Technology allowance to customize your ideal workspace.
