Hurra is hiring a Performance Analyst (m/w/d) SEO SEA to join our international team. You will be responsible for leading data-driven projects, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and developing optimization strategies that leverage the synergy between SEO and SEA. This role combines scientific hypothesis testing with clear data visualization and effective communication of complex insights.

What You'll Do

Lead projects to implement new data-driven approaches and optimizations.
Conduct research and data analysis using tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Ads (GAds).
Create data-based visualizations with tools like Looker and Tableau.
Analyze synergies between SEO and SEA and develop optimization strategies.
Work scientifically: form hypotheses, perform tests, and derive strategic implications for tool development.
Critically review data and results and derive actionable recommendations.
Collaborate within the team to communicate complex data and analyses in a clear and effective way.
Proactively help shape the strategic direction regarding analytics and innovation.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in data analysis and research with GA, GSC, and GAds.
Experience in data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Knowledge of SEO and SEA, as well as initial experience in the synergy of both areas.
Scientific thinking skills to form hypotheses, test them, and develop data-driven solutions.
Ability to lead projects and take responsibility for their implementation.
Strong communication skills to explain complex topics understandably.
Team skills and enthusiasm for forging new paths together.
High self-initiative and independence, as well as the willingness to take responsibility.
Fluent German and good English language skills.
