Vertriebspilot.ai is looking for a Teacher/Lehrer (m/w/d) Data Engineer to teach fundamental Data Engineering concepts to beginners. You will use Python, SQL, and ETL workflows to provide a hands-on learning experience and help participants transition into tech roles.

What You'll Do

Teach Data Engineering fundamentals to beginners using Python, SQL, and ETL workflows.
Supervise participants during hands-on exercises and real-world data projects.
Work closely with our learning and career teams to ensure an engaging and practice-oriented training experience.
Support participants in preparing for job searches and transitioning into their new tech roles.

What We're Looking For

A completed degree or solid vocational training in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
At least 2 years of practical professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Backend Development.
Solid knowledge and confident application of Python and SQL.
Demonstrated expertise in data processing (Data Wrangling), ideally with Pandas/NumPy.
Practical experience with ETL concepts, data modeling, and working with various databases.
Strong communication skills and a passion for explaining complex topics in an understandable and practical way.
German language skills at level B2 or higher (very good English skills are also welcome).

Nice to Have

Experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development.
Active participation in curriculum development and continuous improvement of learning content based on current market trends.
Assistance in updating teaching materials and resources for future courses (Cohorts).
