The Radiologic Technologist (XRT) role focuses on conducting diagnostic imaging procedures to support clinicians in disease and injury diagnosis. You'll guide patients through imaging processes and collaborate across functions to maintain clinic efficiency. We require flexibility for weekday, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging, explaining procedures to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation - Implement radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure for patients and staff - Process images for Radiologist review - Support Medical Assistant functions to optimize patient workflow - Participate in staff and departmental meetings - Obtain Department of Transportation certification for Urine Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Tests - Suggest process and workflow improvements - Operate autonomously within established procedures and practices ABOUT YOU - Possess advanced specialized expertise developed through job-related training and extensive work experience - Capable of coordinating team efforts without formal supervisory role - Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school - Minimum six months to one year related experience/training - 3+ years healthcare leadership experience - Current CRT certificate - Current CPR-BLS certification - Active registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) BENEFITS - Comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage from first employment day - Health Savings Account & Flexible Savings Account options - Paid time off and sick leave - 401k retirement savings with employer match - Life & Disability Insurance - Reimbursement for required DOT certification *Benefit availability varies by specialty and employment status We celebrate diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
