- Deliver educational workshops and webinars on retirement topics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Follow up with clients to track progress toward retirement goals
- Use financial planning tools to model retirement scenarios
- Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language
- Support enrollment in retirement plans
- Assist with beneficiary designation and distribution elections
