Peopleteam is looking for a meticulous and organized individual to oversee buyer and seller transactions from purchase agreements to closing while providing executive administrative support to a growing US Land Acquisition Team. You will ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across real estate stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Oversee buyer and seller transactions from purchase agreements to closing, ensuring that all documentation is compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate with realtors, lenders, and escrow companies ensuring efficient transaction management.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, track deadlines, and diligently follow up on contractual items and contingencies.
- Coordinate closing funds with financial institutions ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Provide executive administrative support, managing schedules, correspondence, and communication with discretion and professionalism.
- Develop and implement organizational systems to enhance efficiency.
