About the Role
The Senior People Solutions Associate will spearhead strategic people solutions, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people solutions strategies to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address people-related challenges.
- Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Work with external vendors and consultants to enhance people solutions offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate people solutions progress and outcomes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to people solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.
