About the Role

The Senior People Solutions Associate will spearhead strategic people solutions, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement people solutions strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address people-related challenges.
  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data to inform people solutions strategies and measure their impact.
  • Partner with leadership to align people solutions with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to develop employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on people-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of people solutions policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of people solutions events and activities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Work with external vendors and consultants to enhance people solutions offerings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate people solutions progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to people solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Provide input on compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with HR team to deliver effective people solutions services.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
  • Experience with people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and digital transformation.
  • Experience with global or multinational HR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of employee experience and employee journey mapping.
  • Experience with HR metrics and dashboards.
