Nava is looking for a People Services Specialist to support our employees and enhance the overall people experience. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive, compliant workplace.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain and optimize HR systems and data for accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support needs
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people services, or a similar role
- Proven expertise with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
